People are going to want to know what size shot. Makes a big difference on fueling needs.

you need a nitrous kit with Fuel pressure safety switch, 100 shot or less, nitrous tune, and window switch if you want to make the tranny last a while longer.

Yea, just remember, that 4l60E is going to go out eventually when you build for performance. Some guys have had their go out nearly stock!

Just be aware that while nitrous is as safe as N/A when done properly, adding enough power to any stock transmission will eventually have its affects on it!

I'm running 11's on a stock 4l60e with shift kit and stall converter with 53000 miles on it. For how long who knows.

I agree, you will need a fpss weather you have a wet or dry doesn't matter...and you can go up to a 150 and your MOTOR will be safe on stock fuel pump, but your TRANS is a different story. It's not IF it's going to go, it's a matter of WHEN. A window switch will help your trans last longer but won't spare it. Good luck

No matter what get a window switch and a fuel pressure safety switch. Stay realistic and keep the power below 150 and you should be fine. The biggest problem people get greedy with nitrous. 75 is ok lets do 100. 100 cool I bet we can get 125. 125 gets old do the 150. going to show some one up jump to 200 problems and boom...

4.8 100shot with a good kit, window switch and Fuel pressure saftey switch and you will have fun.

Remember to swap out the spark plugs to ngk Tr6.

The hardest part to install for me is the bottle! lol. I couldent figure out exactly where I wanted it located, then I couldent get it just right.. Plus, drilling though that bed is tough with old crappy drill bits! The wiring was actually really simple as well, but I want to re-do my wiring to clean it up a bit more.

Best of luck!

all you need minimal is a nice kit (wet IMO), ngk tr6 plugs, and a good tune. everything else is optional but recomended. IE: window switches, FPSS, nitrous filters, bottle heaters...the list goes on. you can spend a huge chunk of change getting a nitrous system setup the way you want it.
