How to set a FPSS without a FP Gauge?
#11
After looking at the jetting charts for Chrysler I noticed it is set for 45-54 FFP. The earlier 4.7 runs at 49 psi and my 07 is 58 psi. Is this much change worth considering changing the jetting at all? Sorry for all of the questions, just trying to understand everything and make sure I get it right the first time or at least as close as possible.

What about nozzle placement? My CAI tube is almost s shaped and doesn't have much room to get a straight shot to the TB unless its installed close to the TB. Mostly everything I have seen or read, people are putting them very close to the TB. But I read an article earlier and Ryan Lewis said this:
Single nozzle systems also give a great deal of flexibility in installation – basically, the nozzle can go anywhere in the intake tract before it splits into the individual runners for each cylinder, though Lewis advises that there are a few good rules of thumb to follow. “The further away you can get it from the intake valve, the better the atomization process,” he explains. “18-24 inches away from the throttle body will be your best-performing placement.” That distance allows for the nitrous oxide and fuel to thoroughly mingle with each other, and the incoming atmosphere. Better distribution between cylinders, and an increased charge-cooling effect are the results.

40amp fuse in line with each.

The only problem is I can't find any 40 amp rated inline fuse holders locally that isn't designed for car audio that uses 4 to 8 ga wire. I have several 30 amp fuse holders and they have 12 ga wire. Will a 30 amp fuse work or is it safe to put a 40 amp fuse in the 30 amp holder?
