Either get with your tuner and see how conservative your timing is, or purchase a Timing Tuner or what Nick@HSW suggested.

well the the thing is that my tuner doesnt live in my town ... i say a 75 shoot would be safe im not going to spray but a couple of times on the track after that its coming off!!
