Here I have paid from $3/lb to $5/lb for nitrous. It varies with supply and number of sellers. There have been times when everybody was out and it was unavailable. Currently, it's $4/lb. Some guys get a break by buying in bulk with welding sized tanks and filling their own 10lb tank. I like that liquor labled tank, but here if you remove all the labels that say nitrous oxide you may have trouble getting it filled.

thanks aintnoho.. im hoping it will be a lil cheaper this far east. Im goin to call the Speed Shop close to the house. i went by there askin some questions but forgot to ask how much per lb.
I brought a small oxygen bottle up there to ask if it was worthy enough to be used as a NOS bottle. But it didnt have a Siphon tube in it. so he told me it would work, but would have to be mounted valve side down so the liquid nitrous could flow.
But tomorrow ill have a 20lb bottle with a NOS hiflow valve and custom Siphon tube. along with a 5lb bottle with out a valve.
i think ill have everything except a bottle bracket.

So it will take me a lil while to get everything installed and ready to spray..
Thanks for yalls help!!

Here are pics of my hidden system. The bottle mounts in the bed under a tonneau cover by sliding the homemade mount into the 2x4 slots. I didn't have to drill a single hole in the truck for anything to mount this kit. I slipped the line through the stake pocket slots also. I also have slipped a piece of wire loom onto the line going into the filter so that it isn't as obvious even with the hood up. I was going to spin the filter around so that the line is on the bottom, but it's a lot easier to adjust the pills with it this way. It's a homemade Dry shot btw, made up from different parts I had laying around. It's taken my ecsb to 13.4x's from 14.5x's on motor alone. I like the system being button activated so I can make sure the truck has traction before spraying.
