you can grab tach from any injector..use any color wire except pink, pink/blk,pink/white. tps should be at the throttle body a green wire i believe

I think the tps signal is the blue wire, been awhile since I have tapped into mine... can verify with a volt meter pretty easy and actuating the tb. I grab a tac signal from the main coil connector on the passenger side that the coil harness connects to the main harness at. Top row second wire from the left I believe.

The problem we have is that REP mode occurs whenever we are tapped, take out the tap, REP goes away.
This didn't happen on my truck, with virtually same tap location.

gotcha never used the green wire before, for some reason I thought it was blue but I'm sure we are talking about the same wire.
Which controller are you using? Sounds like its fried and back feeding a signal tripping out the computer.

TPS is the green or purple on the 900's, same as 800's. We successfully tapped both wires, and both provided signal, they'll read inverse of each other.
