Default Noob very confused

Many questions for all of you.. First I have a 2007 Sierra Denali Awd I purchased ARH 1 7/8 headers and high flow cats also purchased a Volant cold air kit with the power core filter with the ram air option! Then came the black bear tune in which I'm having issues with and I'm sure when the tune gets done it will be great but my prob is trying to figure all of it out!! I don't really understand what all needs to be done! I drove the truck at all diff rpms and I got the tune to the autocal tuner via ob2 port but from there I'm stumped every thing I have been doing seems to be wrong?? And since there's no number to call and ask questions the emails take 3 days for them to get back to us! Which the directions that we are given I am not following very well obviously!! This has been so frustrating!! Help needed! Thanks!!!!!!

So you have your 30 minute data log and oem tune files done right? After those you need to upload them to your PC via the cable provided. I transferred my oem files to a file folder on my desktop so they're readily available. Then you just need to email them with the tune email on their page. There's a specific page you login to for instructions on the Autocal. I know part of it is your serial # but I can't remember what the other part is. Possibly email?

Any local tuners around your area that could take a look at it?

Do you have any idea how busy he is? Here I'll give you a hundred customers with a hundred different setups anything from headers and a stall to boost and no2 and see how fast you can knock them out. Be patient he'll get back to you when he can. If you would tell us what exactly isn't working maybe one of us could help you seeing as a bunch of us have an Autocal.

I feel your frustration when I bought the autocal and tune from blackbear had a hell of a time getting it setup to start logging and getting a tune and his turnaround time of about a week doesnt help much. Please be more specific of what problem your having you can pm me if you want im not very knowledgeable but might be able to help. In the end it took Justin about a month or 5 updates but I was really happy with the tune. never dyno it but it ran strong. I had to rebuild the engine and changed cam did some head work and added a freaking fast truck intake that has been a nightmare but hopefully i will start the tuning process with Justin again.

This is confusing since we are working on emails from approximately 7pm last night. Did you send to tuning@blackbearperformance.com?

Edit: Got to the email in line here from 10pm last night. Previous 3 day turn around was from an email sent on Saturday afternoon followed up by another sent on Monday morning. I replied to that email on Tuesday and have replied to your email from last night.
