Yes. I have a 2002 F250 4x4 crew cab 7.3 diesel. It is pretty much blan except for a chip and exhaust.

I have had several chevys that were setting on the ground in the past, a few toyota that set the same way when the mini truck thing was popular in the late 80's early 90's.

Even had a mullet once. LOL
