Hi, i just wanted to introduce myself. I am located just east of St-Louis.
I have a 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 5,3 with a CAI and a serie 40 flowmaster.
My truck is waiting in the garage!!! just burn cluch 3,4 at 80,000 miles. New trany in order from FLT. Hope this one will last, i selected FLT 4L65E level 6 with yank 2600 stall.

Welcome to an awesome truck site! I am originally from N. Il myself so i always pay attention to the area threads. What are the future plans for the truck? Good choice on trans and stall, both great brands!

Future plans is to take off the stupid Gm torque management!!!!
