hey, i want to get lower profile tires, maybe 305/35/22's? will the 22's with those tires look good under a 2/4 or 3/5 drop better or will they even fit a 3/5? spindles or control arms?

i've done a lot of research but still don't know which kit is best DJM, Belltech,
mcgauhy's or other? i even see that eibach has one... but i want one with the best ride quality also.

and for shocks... same there which is best? and are the eibach shocks suitable for lowered trucks?

I have Belltech. They have a great sales/support team and they'll walk you right through the process from the Spindels to the shackles. The even have a anti-vibration kit for the drive shaft which I have.

I also would consider your rear gearing, what size it is, and if you don't plan on changing it should be some idea on what size wheel you could/should go to. I had 17's on my truck to start with stock 3.23's which was all well and good when I had a level drop.

Then changed the wheels to 20's and a Belltech 2/4 drop and you can tell a BIG difference. Granted the truck has better maneuverability, but the get up an go sucked. Stock gears were not meant for 20's if you're intention was to get up and go.

So now the Chariot is going through it's last transformation. We recently installed a cam and some other goodies and the 4.10's & True Trac are in process.
