Hi guys I'm obviously new.My name is Channing. Some of you may know me from ls1truck.com. I have a 2003 GMC Sierra ext cab 5.3. and a 1985 swb c10
I'm without a job right now, so both projects are on the back burners.

Thanks guys. I joined to learn and soak up information. Dont personally know many people with much information. Plans are to put a 6.0 in the '85. It currently has the original 305 that is gutless.

I'll probably go with a maggie. haven't quite decided yet. I'm still working on parts of the truck here and there. It needs alot of work. As soon as I get back to work I'll be on the hunt for a 6.0 and 4l80. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I also have a small block 350 in my garage. If I could push 400-450hp the the rear wheels with it....I'd probably put that in instead. Thanks guys
