always came to this web site for questions i had and always got them answered so here iam now a member whats up guys, i got an 2006 crew cab with the 5.3 only has the volant intake and snorkel and the throttle body spacer i bought the zex nitrous kit for it but not on yet still wana do the tranny first and cam and suggestion let me know for the cam size and tranny still kinda new to this stuff.

Welcome from camp Pendleton/Dublin. As I had it explained to me, you don't want duration to be much more then 224 or so in order to pass smog in Cali. I went with a comp 212/218 low lift and a stall converter and am getting it tuned Wednesday. I don't particularly like the stall converter for a street truck but its not that bad. I'm not gonna remove it cause of the hassle
