that could work too but id still go a little bigger at least a 210/216

212/218, good little cam...makes good torque on these engines, mild tuning, doesn't need a huge if any stall, has a nice little sound to it. there is a low lift and a high lift version. the high lift version comes on a higher LSA 114 for the low lift and 115 for the high lift version

so I should be able to run the 212/218 without a huge converter because thats what i was shooting for.

prolly wouldn't even need a stall with that cam...if you're wanting even a small converter i'd go with the 216/224 .551 115LSA Vinci "Trucker" cam. They're a sponsor as well...Thats the cam i had in my last truck and it made really good power

what kind of rockers would you use. A buddy of mine runs an 8 sec. malibu on stock suspension and he swears by the comp pro magnums.

Thanks for the cam advise i will have to check out their stuff

i missed the part that you were a big *** crew cab...i'd prolly get atleast a trailblazer stall...do some serious searching on here before you go and get too crazy...Tons of info on here
