Amarillo by morning. . . Welcome to the site from Arkansas/Illinois. Just keep your eyes peeled for where and what other guys "and girls" are doing and you will get plenty of ideas. Everyone will tell you a tune and headers to start off with and I'm on that bandwagon as well. Get some more pics of your truck. I want to see those ghost flames. Looks like it already has some colormatching done which is a plus. Welcome aboard!!

you can get a 5.3 into the low 13's pretty easy with it still being a daily driver....you can get a lot more drastic with em and make em run a lot faster than that, but that's all up to you. to start off with though, look into a 6.0 lq4 or lq9 swap, that'll be the best bang for your buck!

i want $1000 for it and it comes complete with heads, intake, sensors, fuel rails, but it doesnt have the accessory drive or water pump. it has about 80g miles on it... I bought it a year ago from a junkyard with 50g miles on it to replace an engine that locked up on me but now i have the old engine built and just need to put it in... i dont need the 6.0 any more so im just gonna sell it..
