Default hi everyone.

Yep, I'm new here. I'm 17 and just got my truck about 4 months ago. Its a 99' GMC Sierra. It has the 5.3L engine which has plenty of power for a teenager right? NO!!!!!! My truck is stock now. plans are to get some wheels first, then new exhaust. someday, (dreaming) I will mod my engine a little and get a lowering kit. I live near infinion raceway in sonoma ca. so i can drag on wensdays. (gas prices and money permiting) maybe i'll post how well i do sometime when i get out there.

sry for the huge pic i didnt want to crop it down.

Welcome. Clean truck there. Personally, I would skip the wheels and go staight to mods. Would get quite a bit of them for the price of wheels.

thanks for the warm welcome.
anyways, I'm not too bent on getting wheels yet. I'm just looking around for somthing cheap at a swap meet. Im also looking into getting the exhaust soon, probally a flowmaster kit. also this weather does suck trever1t, raining constantly since the begining of march!!!!!!

I'm glad I found this site because I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions someday soon when I begin messing around with my truck. thanks again guys

Welcome, I'm sure you'll find all your answers here. Starting with a Magnaflow or Hooker Aerochamber vice a Flowmaster. More performance and better sound.
