CAI is Cold Air Intake, LTs is Long tubes. As far as helping you to choose for exhaust well thats kind of hard. It all depends on the sound and style your looing for. use the search bar it is your friend. There is already lots of good info out there you just have to find it.

he said he added 800-1000 lbs to the truck. Its going to take alot more than bolt ons to reach low to mid 14s man.

STS with a bagged truck is possible, there's a guy on here who just finished doing that actually. Hiding the exhaust is all and good but just don't point it down at the ground or the reverberation is gonna kill you over time. I'd say make it exit before the rear tires, just in front of them, I always thought that looked sick and super clean. You can partially hide them too.
