Hello all. My name is Shawn from New Jersey. My dad passed away three weeks ago at the age of 67 from his short battle with cancer. I am 35 years old. It sucks and it hurts, it really does. But He left me his 1996 s10 extended cab. Completely stock, 125,000 miles on it. 4.3l 2wd. So the truck brings me here. I don't know what the plans are with it yet. Maybe just keep it stock or turn it into a drag racer. I used to drag race pretty regularly about 10 years ago. Hello all. Hopefully I'll have some more to post about it!
Really sorry to hear. I by the grace of God survived it 5 1/2 yrs. ago. I don't waste a singe day now. Just value the many wonderful memories. For the truck? Save for an LS swap. It would be awesome. Welcome to PT!
