Hello everybody, I am new to the forum so I of course have alot of questions. I will start out saying that my truck has a K7N cold air intake, throttle body spacer, E3 spark plugs and MSD spark plug Wires. Does anybody know of a scoop that I can buy to push air into the air intake without having to get a ram-air hood? Right now my cold air intake is just sucking the hot air in the engine compartment. Also does anybody know of a good programmer for this model truck? I was going to go with a Superchips tuner. I also need some headers but I am dont want to spend a thousand dollars, I was thinking about going with Pacestter Long Tube Headers. One other thing i am going to either put a turbo or supercharger on the near future what do you guys and gals suggest I use. Supercharger or turbo?? Thank you for your suggestions.

 

Hey man, welcome to the site!!!! Let me be the first to tell you NOT to waste your money on a programmer. Get a custom tune. I know from personal experience about the difference in the two. There's a few good tuners out there and I can say personally that WHEATLEY knows his stuff. He's a member on here so get in touch with him. Btw, where's some pix of your truck????????????

 

Hey fast84 I got a picture up but the truck has a different look now. I have put a 3 inch suspension lift on, and it has aset of Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/50 tires on and a Snugtop Shell. I have three dogs and they either ride in the bed or in the cab. Wife is a veterinarian so they are usually in the cab.
