I broke 2 60's then one 65 and I finally just got a 65E level 5 from FLT with the vac mod and sonnax servos and all... the WORKS!!! it feels much better now. I'd say with the power you're putting down, go with an 80... unless you just enjoy tranny swaps LOL...

me and the wood hauler on the EXACT same ttranny, he just has a little bit bigger converter, lol. Im loving mine and have sprayed the **** out of it threw shifts n all.

I thought it sounded nice and quiet,but was that full throttle on the interstate?Seemed a little slow.

nice and loud i just hate bullets. and thats a small cam compared to what ill be running. and that looked like a decent pull but im sure its restricted some with te truck intake on there

just makes me cant wait to i get mine together and ill be testing the limits of my 60 also with the 408 with 3800 stall

It's definately not running to its full potential with the truck intake, it'll only pull decently to about 5800 then it lays over. I also have to disable the burst knock tables in the tune, every time I hit WOT it pulls 8 degrees of timing on a 24 degree tune, so those WOT's were on roughly 16 degrees of timing That will be fixed this weekend.

The S.O.B. still ran a 7.83 1/8th on motor with the old shitty exhaust and a smaller 3000 converter (and need I mention the stock iron heads?), so I think it's safe to say when it's lined out it's gonna kick *** (it's capabale of low 12's on motor as it sits)...

...Whitt don't forget I still got some bottle on top of that. The high dollar Keith Craft can get some of the ol' corn fed 408!
