Vince went to the M10 event on Oct 15. It was a pretty good turnout. I think he had some fun with the new cam. With the old cam and the 3.1" pulley it went 13.3. It went 12.73 with the Linginfelter GT2-3 and a 2.8" pulley.

There was a pretty strong headwind that day too.

good pass, what other mods does he have?

 

He still has manifolds and cats. It has a muffler not sure on the brand and dual tailpipes. We did the cam install a few weeks back at the shop here. It was a GT2-3 with ls6 springs. It has a trailblazer converter and a Zippy shift kit. Tr6 plugs gapped at .034 and MSD wires. Zippy did the tuning on it too. I think more impressive then the time is the amount of mods that he does not even have yet.

 

nice job with the video TJ. that sure has been one fun truck to work on. would have been nice to have no wind and go a 12.5.

 

My mods are the radix supercharger with a 2.8" pulley, GT2-3 cam, 05 electric fans, zippy shift kit, trailblazer converter, random tech cats & flopro muffler and Zippy tuning.

The best thing i like is seing the reaction on the other drivers faces when they see a 5,500 lb truck run faster than them.

I'll be doing some other mods over the winter in hopes on getting into the low 12's.

I would like to thank Zippy and TJ for helping me with my mods and letting me work along side them when i come for mods. It's been a good year.........

Mild converter,no headers.Your goal must be to keep it totally stock feeling.Awesome times.Does it have anything less that stock driveability issues?
