Default RealPlay XD HD vids & couple vid runs at RPR last weekend

RPR : plainlysee tire slip but she runs ok at 11.40 in 80+* making another stall change, 4k is just to tight for my liking. also going back to a 4:56 gear, she'll be fine with alot of dope

Evadale: she hooked pretty good but didnt like the 60 ft times of 1.56-58

last weekend at RPR!

my quest for 11.0s in the heat will continue after a few more changes

i have sprayed 150 shot and went 10.4 at 132 spinning off the line this was with the 4:88 gears also ( yeah i miss them ), BUT no vid <--- so until then it doesnt count, i feel she'll go alot lower than that!

I agree completely, converter is to tight and gears are to tall for na. Howeverthis woulda be a good setup for a 250hit!

lol youre right on a 250 hit, but goals are double that on the juice

i wanna be in the 7k rpm area or close to it crossing the traps on the big hit, with this lame setup im only at like 5400 rpms

thanks, Cody asked me a few years ago did i think the 4 link was holding it together i feel thats probably true, but i also balanced ( at work ) my driveshaft which is stock, and did all the drive line angles and variations that were needed to set everything up. its nothing special just a performabuilt level 2, i do keep my trans cool i used to run to coolers in series until Ben found me one large cooler!

i also dont look for squat luanching off the line nor front wheels off the ground, i look for a hard shock of the tires its a hit and go where no time or ET is wasted, i talked to madman about all this in the past now that hes local to me it all makes sense. ive had some severe traction issues and im close to resolving them i could be out of adjustables in the rear since they are only singles when i need doubles, i have front coil overs as of now with adjustables, running radial tires makes a huge difference, do i like them not really but air pressure plays a big roll in them and how they stick!
