the roll bar was donated from a guy with a stang. it is real close to just fitting in there. we had to tweek the rear bars a little is all.

we still need to get a tranny, shifter and driveshaft in there. do the battery in the back and the fuel cell and fuel lines. a few other little things but thats the big stuff.

Jim, have you guys tried to fit the TH400 up in there? I'm wondering how well it's going to fit, and if it would be much more trouble to get an 80-e in there?

we had it all set up for a t350 but the t350 we had turned out to be in bad shape. we got ahold of a t400 but haven't tried to test fit it yet. i am 99% sure we will need to enlarge the tunnel since we set it up for the t350. 4l80e would add cost with a more expensive converter, electronics, cost of the unit itself.

I was just curious for my own personal knowlegde. I know the 80-e is way out of y'alls budget for this build.

I've always wondered what my drivetrain would do in a 2900 pound car.

If and when yall make it to the taping, make sure you keep that Pinks host away from any motorcycles.
