Default New exhaust clip wellll

Not what I am going to run, but damn open pipes sound good. Pulled the exhaust off today, getting ready to remove the tranny for the new one to go in.... Don't mind the dirty *** garage havn't started spring cleaning yet....Idle with a lil rev to 45-4700ish. Also on the stock tune other then the hypercrap....

Have you thought about putting a cut out on? Mine is a manual and relatively easy to get to... truck isn't cammed yet, but they're on the way.

Yes I think I am def going to run a cut out, but has to be an electric one, since the truck sits pretty low. I will get in trouble with one I think..

Listen, my truck is low and I still get underneath and undo the wind-nuts. Would I have I liked to have an electric, sure, but what if it goes out.... The only maintenance I have is to replace the copper gasket.. big deal.

I bought an electric one but haven't put it on yet. I hate crawling under there to undo it. I like to ride to work with it open, but when I get off at midnight, I have to baby it thru town so I don't wake everyone up and draw unwanted attention. It doesn't take long to put it on or off, I just wanted the easy way out. The downside is it cost $170 shipped.

i have cut outs on my truck. i love them they are from race ready performance. they close perfectly and dont leak. if they ever do leak or break they have a life time warranty. they are a little more expensive then qtp but you are paying for quality and the life time warranty. here is a clip of mine opening, the truck sounds bad thought, it was having some problems.
