Truck runs pretty good. I do have a couple of questions though.
1. Why does it shift so early? With that size cam you should bring it to at least 6200-6300 before each shift.
2. Why are you locking the converter? You are putting that lock-up clutch in a serious bind locking up at wot, especially with the extra weight of the extra cab. FLT tranny is too expensive to tear up IMO. If you must lock up I would do it around the 5700-6000 rpm mark to get the most benefit. Either way, you are at a very high risk of tearing up a very well built tranny.
Please don't take this the wrong way. Just giving my opinion.

i agree with everyone. its pulling real hard in 2nd but your shifting too early into third and locking up your converter in 3rd isn't helping you. change those 2 things and it will pull even harder.

Yea. I never really noticed the verter locking in 3rd until that run because I was usually backing out by then. The only adjustments I had made to the TCC was at cruise. I'm working on that now.
I have 1-2 set at 6200 and 2-3 at like 5900 or 6000. Running 275/45/20's.
