There was no rain. the guy just needs to stop driving recklessly in traffic.

 

ouch....coming out of the dark tunnel blinded and accelerating when he should have been braking......wtf, that hurts!!

Yeah he should have definately been more careful. But from the look of that traffic and road conditions someone like me whose not used to road systems like that could have easily wrecked even when paying close attention and breaking. Anyone know where that's @?

It was probably an exit backed up onto the highway. He looks like a noob to me, definitely should've immediately seen that before he gassed it around that semi.
