I went though two 5.3's in this truck before I figured it out!! Now it has a LS1

I bent a rod in the last engine (no stall) spraying out of the hole with 33's...............not smart. And the engine before that ate two exhaust valves. But I have had over 150 passes on the stock 5.3 and fuel system with no problems. Then I got greedy!! The truck ran 12.98 on 150 shot, and with edelbrock shortys, and a cold air with a 200 it went 12.20 @ 108. Now it should be alot faster!!

1.66 sixty at the track............but that was downfall! pistons and rods were screaming for help.
