Some have already seen it in the drag racing section, I had a personal best friday night, got a mile from the house and a 18 year old ran a stop sign and totaled my pride and joy. I didnt think the truck would run a 11.99 which was my goal for now with this build, the 62-1 turbo on 9lbs felt like it was falling on its face, and I already had another mp70 to replace it. The weather looked so good, I decided to run it anyways and my result was a 12.09 at 110 with a 1.69 60ft. It also ran a 7.65 at 88 8th. Here is its final run and PB against a ss camaro. I will miss it, but time to move on I guess and build another.

 

Whats your timing look like off idle launching at the line?

 

I know total timing is only at 14 degrees, I will check it and get back to you, but I think its in the 28 range. I usually just bring it up to 1k, and punch it from there.

 

What converter were you running?
