Dewey I hear ya man, but I hope and pray that we have taught our children well enough to know right from wrong and not to try and hide things from dad to the point of getting shot at by trigger happy police.
Hey, I am usually the last one to pat a cop on the back...you have no idea. But if I do something wrong (or not) and see the colored lights, my hands are up high and in plain view with engine off and window half way down. I have had enough angry officers i my face, I'm not giving them any excuses.
None of us were there so debate is pointless. The wild west is still pretty wild, come on out, I'll be glad to show ya!

I know I know. Debating over internet media sources is pointless. They made millions off of the bumper sticker "**** HAPPENS" for a reason. Crazy **** just happens sometimes.

If a cop tries to pull you over. STOP.
If a cop tries to pin you with his car. STOP.
If a cop tries to shoot a few warning shots into your car STOP.
If a cop is on your hood telling you to stop... STOP!!.
i think he had a time or two to save his own life.
Cops are only human and can only take so much just like anyone else. I can't say i wouldn't have done the same thing in that situation.
