Training only takes you so far. If you ever have the chance (which I hope you don't) to have to defend yourself from a threat, you do what you have to do to protect yourself and your team, and neutralize the threat. There is not a best way in tactical scenarios or a solid this will work everytime flow chart to follow. You have to follow ROE, it doesnt always work the way it is modeled to.
He made the call, he will go before a GJ, if he was in the right so be it, I feel for him if he is found to be in the wrong.
I would hate to be a cop these days. Everyone nitt picks your every move. Stop punishing the good cops and be more strict with the jack ***' running from them.

Have you guys noticed all the extra crazy crap in the news. I just heard about the two officers, Mayor, and city officials in Mo getting killed. People are wiggin out this year.

Is that stupid *** blind or what. I think the guy would have rammed him easily if he tried. That cop was hell bent on killing someone either way. I guess he was trigger happy and doing his best Barney Fife.
Either way f-ing with the cops is not a smart thing to do, like messin with a rabid pit-bull.
Why even chase him down, that's what the dumbass wanted. Put out the spike strips and road block his *** in, you don't have to be a genius to fugure that out.
I mean running like that is not any worse than ripping down a street at 80mph in a 25zone, tell me you all have not done that ever in your life, not condoning it at all just saying we have ALL done stupid **** at some time. Should we all be shot in the face for it then??? I have many family members on the force and I have been told numerous time that there are many cops that should not be cops, just like doctors, layers, construction workers, etc. This guy was a time bomb waiting to explode and that dumass in the car lit the fuse!!!

some real crazy stuff. i searched that story in MO and saw 2 more, 1 in LA where a female nursing student shot 2 other students before turning the gun on herself, and some ******* outside of Chicago went inside a Lane Bryant store and killed like 5 women, he's on the run still too.
