ok for one that burnout was too much for being on the street. you heated them up too much. two, if you load the converter that much of course it's going to spin.

i had my slicks on my truck the other day trying out the nitrous. all they need is a good wipe off on the street and you should be good. my **** hooked letting it roll about 1mph then punching it, 75 shot came on at 3k and the tires held it. maybe it's the caltracs that's helping me also?

I tried just spinning them a bit earlier today, still no good. And I only had the converter up to about 2500. It was not a full on launch by any means, but I did go WOT after releasing the brake.

My truck did that yesterday when i "tried" to race midnightrider on a wet road.... been raining and misty here for the past week. My one tire fire started getting me sideways haha

I can brake stall my truck into spinning the tires

I think the ECSB's have a lot harder time transfering weight.

But as far as tires go, I would love to run a 555R but they don't make them in a size I'd like.

I was under the impression that caltracs were mostly to control the axle in cases of wheel hop, or to keep the launch straight. Are caltracs good for weight transfer?

I would love to work on getting better weight transfer, but I still use this thing as a truck, and drive it every day so it must handle good (i.e. I don't wanna pull the front sway bar or put in weaker springs)

Also in this video, specifically the in cab one, you can hear what my fuel pump is doing when it gets below 1/4 tank. If you listen closely just after the tires hook up (~7sec mark) that the RPM kinda goes flat, and then starts climbing. It's really annoying and seems to be getting worse. i went and got gas later and put 19 gallons in it, so it was far from empty.
