Thats what you get for running. They should give that cop a raise. One less useless person who can steal and run.

 

If he had a torn acl, pcl, mcl and messed up knee cap then I know from experience he is in for a rough life. I had those same injuries 2 years ago and still hurt daily. Sad thing is....the cop probably got suspended for it.
