I know how you feel, a good while back I lined up next to an older Cobra on slicks an open headers, I just knew my goose was cooked. He crossed the line 12mph faster than me, but it didn’t matter, I got the light. God bless AWD!

WOW you can see how well those mustangs are hooking and transfer from the factory, My girlfriends mom has a 2011 V6 and it hooks very well. They are set up very well out of the box.

never mid, your 8.2 to his 8.1...you won by reation time, I've done that before, feels good to beat a faster car...The car can't do all the work.

I didn't even know my wife was recording it....lol. On that pass we actually were both a couple tenths off from our bests of the day. We had just ran before that run and had to sit in the burnout box while they did some cleanup so we both got heatsoaked a bit. The mickeys were working on his car for sure. headers arent far off and I do have this nitrous kit that I CAN NOT SELL.

 

I keep hearing those cars are suppose to be pretty fast bone stock. But that one pass had bad driver on it. Congrats on putting him in his place.
