these are some old vids from last year is Cammin03 v. My brother in his SS. Cammin and his bro are in his truck, his mods are 212/218 cam, shorty headers and 4.10s w/a less than stellar tune at the time. In the film truck is my brother and me in his SS w/ volant intake, cutouts and a pcmforless tune.

man that tune on cammins truck must of sucked!!! I would of thought it would be pretty close....

 

It did suck, and my brother has some more mods as well now and they are running pretty close now...And now that i think about it, cammin might have been on the stock tune.

that was pretty sweet, a start from 0 would have been even worse for the 5.3

yeah, he is banned for now...He has an awesome tune now, with weight reduction and smaller rear tires. My brother now has a small cam and converter and now he has a weak tune(only shifts at 5800). The SS is about 2-3 tenths quicker in the 1/8.

 

The 5.3 got pwn3d....

 

he is running good now...he also will have his twin turbo setup finished in a week or two.
