like-new Slimline Desktop PC--Nice Specs
#3
I bought it to complete a home network I had setup so I could study for my Windows Server 2003 course and exam coming up soon. I build my own computers so I have no use for the proprietary system. I'm taking a loss though as this was $500 less than a month ago. I can also install the entire Adobe CS2 Suite to make it a multi-media powerhouse for $50 extra. Please keep in mind this does not come with a monitor, mouse and keyboard- only the CPU and power-cord.

Does it just have a dvd-rom or is it a burner also?
I am considering buying this for my wife since her old dell took a crap a while back and she wants her own computer. My old homemade desktop that she uses is getting dated. I would also want to find a good monitor for it. The two old dell CRT's that are hooked to my desktop suck ***. I guess I have gotten to use to using an lcd all day at work. Got any lines or advice on good monitors? I was thinking about something in the 19" range.

As for the monitor, if you are on a budget the Dell UltraSharp 1907FP is a really good deal for the $220-260ish price. My personal favorite is the ViewSonic VP930b, it's a bit more expensive (around $330 usually) but I like the simple design and the picture quality is superior. Both are 19" inch LCD flat screens.

bump...I am also INCLUDING this with the purchase:
It's a Blitzz Wirless Network Router 11mbps 802.11b Wireless AP with 4-Port Router. Everything is like new, has the original box. The instructional CD was lost, but install is really simple and if instructions can be downloaded online as well. This is for anyone who wants to wirelessly share their internet connection in their home to multiple PC's. This is in excellent condition and is less than 6 months old.
