The Mustang and S-10 have different bolt pasterns, S-10 5 x 5.75 and Mustang 5 x 4.5. So you would need a wheel adapter to get these to fit. The good news is you would need the wheel adapters anyway to get the right offset/backspacing. 9.5" wide wheels should not be a problem fitting in the rear of the truck because I am running a 10.5" wide wheel on my S-10 with a 2.5" adapter. The fronts should work with stock parts and an adapter. If it is lowered (I know you said stock stance) it might be tough because some wheels will hit the tie-rod end.
Hope this helps
