Didn't want to delete the A/C but to run the Magna-Charger I had to and I doubt I will miss it much. I will be ordering a new blower box, fan blade, and tube from GMpartsdirect soon to delete it the right way. I am also going to run a FMIC on this Maggie to keep IAT's down. I know it will be tight but I think I can do it. Top tube to pull fresh air in, Maggie push's charge out the bottom hole in to pipes to FMIC and then in to the intake. There will be lots of pipe running in to one area but I have some ideas.

Heres pics of the Supercharger on the mock up motor:
(the tube is to hold the radiator support straight)

OK so today I worked for about 6 hours on the trans X-member and now have 90% of it done. The only thing left to do is weld the plate on the X-member where the trans mount will set. I will post pics as soon as I get it done, which should be tomorrow.

A guy I know bought my 2.2 and trans yesterday and he is also doing a LS swap in to his S10. We got to talking and he said he had an extra set of mid-length headers for a 94-97 S10 that wouldn't fit his truck because of the A/C. Well I'm not running A/C so I asked if I could test fit them on mine and he dropped them off today. Here they are...installed.

I sent him pics and said with little love they will work and asked him what he wanted for them. The response back was "Sweet", so I don't know what they will cost me. I think he said he has $500 in them but when I got them they were a scratched up so I'm hoping he will work me a deal or I will just go buy them new.

Cross member done just needs some paint. To be so simple it took about 9 hours to make. There was a lot of measuring, and test fitting before I got it the way I want it.
