my father in law has a 08 colorado quad cad z71 2wd and was looking to get a kit for it. any suggestions?

 

You might not have too many options. The Z71's(two or 4wd) use torsion bar suspension. All the lowering kits available are for the coil sprung front end trucks(Z85/ZQ8/xtreme)

I think there might be torsion keys, but you'd only get an inch at most up front.

 

oh that sucks he wanted to lower it but we were looking at it and seen the torsion bar suspension and we started to wonder about it.
