any S-10 forums worth looking at??

I've been looking around for some S10 forums to read up on the past couple days and haven't found anything worth a damn really...
S10forums.com won't accept gmail/hotmail/yahoo emails so I'm out there, s-series.org maked you register twice so I got annoyed and said screw that, and mys10.com isn't great either...
The internet is proving to me that this is the best all around truck forum on the 'net by far...
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not wanting to do much, lowering, mild audio and a tune. Ill leave the playing for my Silvy.

Stick your questions here. There isn't much about an s-10 that I am not going to be able to answer. I have rebuilt or modified every variation but a diesel.
They are really simple to lower. I built my own rear drop leaf springs, then ordered front springs to match. There are multiple leaf spring options frmo the factory, soft ride, regular, then the heavy duty (3/4 ton springs on the box body). I usually had mutliple packs sitting around and would play around with the springs until I had a pack that looked and sat like I wanted. I am a muscle car style guy, so vette rallies, 3 inch drop springs and 3-4 inch drop in the rear, looked right to me. I have had them lower didn't care for being beat up so badly. I used the edelbrock IAS shocks, but I think they might have gotten discontinued. Find a steering box off a ZQ8 packaged truck, then thank yourself. Also, silly, but order a steering stabalizer for it, even if it is 2wd, it will absolutely blow your mind how nice it will make the truck drive.
I usually saw the biggest power and mileage gains from power pullies and an electric fan. I did both at once on one truck, it was like driving a completely different truck.

hey, another quick note for you, the later production blazers had dual piston front calipers. You need the spindles to go with the calipers, so if you are going to lower it with spindles, might be worth your while to go ahead and order those spindles.
My theory, there is never enough brakes.
