I bought a 3.5" DMH cutout from him almost two years ago and have yet to recieve the harness for it. When I bought he said he woudl be ordering a new cutout and would just give me the new harness so he didnt have to yank the current one. I agreed to it as I wasnt going to be using it any time soon. Well after multiple sporadic texts, calling him out on the forum in some of his posts and sending him PMs I have yet to get the harness. Its partly my fault since I rarely think about the cutout so its gone on for a lot longer than it should have.

Zach, make it right or I will permanently ban you and I will post this same thread on sss.com. Hopefully you will do the right thing and get me what I paid for if not then well what goes around comes around and Ill move on.

If he doesn't send it to you, a harness isn't hard to make, you just need a dpdt switch and some wire

 

Yeah Im not too worried about having to make one, its just the principle and him not following through with his word.

 

I was actually just looking for your number to call you when I got your pm yesterday. I ordered a new cutout last night in fact and when it gets here the harness will be mailed to you as promised. It's honestly not that I've been trying to avoid contacting you or sending you the harness, it's just something that's easily forgotten when there's a lot bigger and more important things going on. You are completely right though, it's been drug out way too long and I apologize for that. As far as banning me over a personal despute between the two of us as grown men I feel that would be a bit of an abuse of administrative powers, however that is just my opinion. If you would, pm me your address and as soon as the cutout arrives I'll send out the harness.

If someone here does not make good on sales practices though a Ban is most definitley appropriate in my opinion.

 

It is standard practice to ban someone who is a bad seller that does not deliver the product theyre suppose to. Has nothing to do with me being a mod except that Ill actually do the banning for a personal sale I was involved in.

I understand life happens, thats how its lasted this long before I even made a thread. Just make it right and I will delete this thread.

 

Just my personal experience with Zach, the guy is a great seller and Ive bought I think 4-5 things from him over the past year. Everytime he went out of his way to help me out. He drove 4hrs to my house to deliver a trans for free with his pregnant gf. Anyone reading this dont let this one small scenario push you away from buying from him, hes a good dude...even though he did park a Ford in front of my house.

 

I do think he is a good guy and means well. I know first hand how busy lift can be, hell Ieven put in all my for sale threads it may take up to a week for me to ship an item. Thats also why I didnt outright ban him, figured by making this thread it would give him a bit more incentive to get this situation resolved.

As I said before, if it gets resolved Ill delete this thread as I feel he does mean well and isnt really trying to screw me. It was just time to pay the piper.
