where are you guys geting shiftkits from? i checked summint's sight but it pulls up f250's and f350's. got a buddy with a 03 L wantin to put one in so tryin to help him find one and gona help install it. any help would be greatly appreciated

Does that company only sell ford stuff or do they carry GM shift kits too?

Punisher race valve body. Thete is a couple othere ones. Factory tech,dmp and Jlp as well..

you should tell him to get a punisher. the guy is a member on lightningrodder.com screen name is Paul the punisher or something like that. i have a factory tech valve body which is good, but i think the punisher is better. if jj at woodbine motorsports sells them then thats another option.

by the way which lightning in town wants one? i know about all the guys, but i know the kid with red lightning from millwood dont care for me. i tryed to give him advice, but his daddy knows it all he said lol.
