whats the highest shot u would run with a zex wet kit with a 20,000 mile lightning 2003 only upgrade is pulleys so it gets 11 boost... now running 125 shot, would it be safe run more shot then that???

people have ran a 150hp shot safley but they were using a progressive controller which is the best/safest way to run nitrous on a Lightning

 

I am guessing you have a nitrous tune right? Just make sure your fuel system is up to it and watch watch you A/F!!! It will handle it.

Depending on which zex kit you're running, you might max that system out somewhat quickly.

Back when I still had a stock Lightning, I ran a 150 shot on the stock bottom end with zero issues. I was running around 11-12 lbs of boost if memory serves me at that time. Of coarse I pulled plenty of timing and did fuel pumps at the same time.
