Get the 99, he want's too much for that 03.

And that's my truck sitting next to that 03, lol.

I'd say they're pretty fair on the 99. As far as that 03 goes, well, I'd change some things on it were it mine.

im going up there tomorrow to talk about getting a job so if i get the job than the price might even be better but if i dont get the 99 than i will just wate for a better deal to come around

what is the hp difference from the 99-04

One correction on your post. They didn't change the payload capacity until 03. 99-02 was 800lbs and 03/04 was 1300.

which is why you look at a 03-04 stock it looks like it has a lift kit in the rear, that was the first thing to go on my 04 L
