Just Wonderin Guys On How Much Hp The Hd Trucks Have With The Supercharger And Also The Lightnings? My Boss Has A 02 Hd Crew Cab With Flowmasters A 8lb Or 12lb Pulley And Programmer, Just Wonderin On What Yall Think It Would Run In The Qaurter? Im Not Sure About The Pulley Exactly I Just Know He Went 1 Up From The Stock One. Also What Years Were These Trucks Made And The Differnces Between The Two. I Thought The Lightnings Had A 5.4 With 390hp , And The Hd's Had A Supercharged 4.6ltr With 260 Hp? What Times Do Yall See From Both These Vehichles Stock? Educate Me Please

The HD's and the Lightnings have virtually the same engine. Same displacement, same supercharger. The difference is the HD has a bigger upper supercharger pulley and makes 6psi of boost. The lightnings make 8psi.
From the factory the HD is rated at 340HP and 440ft*lbs I believe. The Lightning has 380HP and 450ft*lbs torque.
I doubt that your boss has a 8lb or 12lb pulley. I don't think a 12lb has ever been made? If he has one pulley up from stock which is a 2lb pulley which would put him at 8psi total, then basically he would make about the same power as a Lightning. I'd estimate 360hp at the wheels.

As far as years go...
2000 - Ext. Cab -NA 5.4 - 260 at the crank
2001 - 4 Dr - Same motor - same power
2002 - Same - S/C 5.4 - 340 at the crank
2003 - Same - Same

He might have meant one up from stock meaning a 6# lower, which typically what they put on the HD's like tuners put 4# pulleys on the L's.
Like stated, hard to tell from what he has. I have seen a bone stock 01-04 Lightning run 13.1 in the 1/4, as well as bone stock 01-04 L's run mid to upper 13's. Every truck is different.
I think some L guys in TALON that have Harley trucks too were runnin in the 14's, but dont quote me on that.
