Man that sucks, I really feel bad for ya cuz I know how it feels to finally complete a project and then something major goes wrong. Sometimes it's the smallest things too. I'll never forget when I finished the sand rail and tried starting it up we went through probably 5 or 6 starters. In the end, the powermaster has to have full juice from my optima to get the motor started . The motor runs great, but the 3 months of headache to find a starter that the motor wouldn't crack the nose housing wasn't fun.
