so far so good, i´ll keep in mind the heads and the injectors and if possible a walbro 255

anyways the seller is a good friend and will let me take it for a check up see if the motor is all good

6.0 and 4l60e will need no adapter to work together?

its pretty simple swap...some things are different like coil packs...intake is a little different, looks the same but lq9 intake has an egr valve and my current 5.3 intake doesnt have it in the same place not sure what to do here...any input anyone???

Just use the intake manifold from the 5.3L, it will not suffer a performance loss, as the intakes are the same outside of the different emissions equipment and possibly not having the nut inserts for a cable throttle bracket on the LQ9 intake.

Your trans will fit fine too. just use the flexplate off the old engine.
P.S. Its always worth it to add 100 ft pounds of torque!

Why would you have to swap the coils? I'm using my 5.3 coils on an L92/Ls2 conversion. I did up the injectors to new 44's, and I'm still using the 5.3 intake.
