That CC wouldn't need much more cam than that so it would maintain that low-end torque. I'd go a little bigger too but not much. Also, maybe run some 4.10's to compensate for the 80e gearing difference.

To put it in perspective:
Stock LQ9
1 7/8" headers no cats

On very heavy Toyo 285/60/18s. 2.03 60'
That setup yielded a 13.73 1/4 mile. On some track wheels and tires and a better 60', it's probably a low to mid 13 sec run.
With a 212 cam, a crew/ec would be a high 12 second truck.
