It sounds like he just multiplied the entire spark table by some factor, even the startup spark(?). That's weird. Maybe your engine is so carboned up that the compression has skyrocketed? Sorry, that's all I could think of

Its been a very long time since I have dealt with a coked cylinder head, but from my limited 15yr ago experience- coked cylinders lead to dieseling before hard starting

the whole engine has like 5k miles since i rebuilt it I had everything steam cleaned,the dude who did my heads did throw them on a flat sanding belt could that raise compression that much

I know no one in any woods around here.

But really...nobody I could feel good about recommending honestly. Truth is you're not gonna find anyone running a business tooning stuff that's going to put out decent work. Not enough money in it. Best bet is for the DIY guy to learn it himself.
