224/228 .581/.587 114lsa. Would this be a good cam for a somewhat daily drivin Lq9 with a tune of course? Also would this thing lope pretty good? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds kind of small to me for a 6.0L might work with a stock tq though. You would get more lope looking at cams on 112 lsa.

yeah that'd be a good daily driver in a 6.0. several people daily drive cams similar to that in their 5.3

I think it is a bit small too, but it would be good for a daily driver. If lope is what your looking for though you won't get much of it with that cam.

That is a nice cam. Maybe get a 226 since it is proven 12.4 with all the boltons in an ecsb in 6l and ls1.

Well I'm probably not the best person to do the recommending on cams. but I can tell you that more info is needed on what you want out of the truck before anyone can really make you a good recomendation. If you are willing to put a stall in (or not) that really helps in the deciding on what will work and it will still be very streetable with a decent size stall.

WOW, that makes me feel good about my setup then
I'm running a 232/236 cam on a 113lsa in my LQ9 and it lopes plenty hard, probably not what most would consider DD friendly though.

depending on what your goals are that cam might work well for you. You'll notice the idle but wont be as choppy as other cams
