yeah I'm running a 3400 that acts like a ~4000, havent really figured out where it actually stalls since traction is an issue, but out on the highway w/ it unlocked it stalls up to around 4000 maybe 4200. I also havnt had time to really sit down and retune it but I am getting 13.5mpg mixed highway/city driving. I'm hoping for some good numbers this spring at the track and dyno mid 12's maybe lower and upwards of 450rwhp??

Yea, it's a 114+2, so it acts like a 112. Still lacking a few boltons, hopefully can hit at least 100mph full weight this friday on nitrous tune. Bigbadwolf...mine is around 4000 when it starts catching.

vho...are you even looking at keeping the stock converter? If your goal is to go fast, a 226+ cam and 3200+converter will have that truck moving nicely...take out bolton mustang gt's all day.

Goal is to keep the truck very streetable, when it does get driving I'm usually sittin in rush hour traffic. I'd definately like to have the power to suprise a mustang or two and get this thing runnin mid to high 13s. (Ran 15.3 last June). I can't decide if I want shell out another 4 or $500 bucks for a converter on top of the price for the cam. If I can find a cheap TB stall I might go that route. Basically I'm lookin to make some things happen this summer with the truck, I'm just in the research stages right now. I really appreciate everyones input.

I know it sucks to think about spending more money, but I think you will really appreciate around a 3000 converter. Still completely streetable.
