Which valve springs??? Beehive or dual???

Even though this also is a 214/224 they are not even on the same page, that is just a comparison of the .050 duration. There is much more to a cam lobes and their design...
Here is what I would run:
214/224 .595/.568 112+3
It uses the LXL lobes for the intake and XE High Lift for the exhaust. This will give you excellent power almost like a LSL or XER but much better springs life even with the high lift, not to mention a quiet valvetrain.
You would need to run PAC 1518's
Will perform great without a stall and gears, but when added this setup will really wake up!
