Default Track results from new cam and stall

I actually got a chance to take the truck out to the local 1/8th mile track last week with the new cam and stall and thought I would post up some results. I wasn't launching very high to test how traction was going to be and only made 2 runs but I was pretty happy with them. Best time of the 2 was:

.4039 R/T
2.16 60'
6.12 330'
9.47 1/8 ET
73.72 1/8 mph

This run was launching at about 2k with a passenger, 18" wheels, fiberglass cover on, and a rear end out of an 01 Tans Am in the bed of my truck. My previous best was a 9.89 with better weather conditions and no extra weight in the bed and no passenger. I think once I get it dyno tuned and get a chance to figure out what I can launch at to get decent traction they will drop some more. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can get some 1/4 mile times to post up.

Congrats on the time. I am going to the 1/8th this weekend and I would be happy with times like that. That should be good for mid to low 14's on motor and 13's with nitrous.

Yeah, should be. Let me know when you get it to a track, I am interested to see what it will do.
